1 Peter 4:8-11
And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude of sins."
Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift,
minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
Love is the most powerful force in the entire universe. It conquers all, it casts out fear, it covers a multitude of sins, and it is light in the midst of darkness. Love breaks the back of the enemy and destroys his network of destruction over the lives of My people. Love never fails!
When you see a brother or sister taken in a sin, fervently love them and walk them into freedom. My love looks past the fault and penetrates deep within the heart of a person finding the painful wound that empowers the sin. My love brings truth and healing to that area, bringing them deliverance. When you see a brother or sister discouraged and distraught, earnestly love them encouraging them in the truth of who I am. My love edifies, exhorts, and comforts.
When you see a brother or sister cold and hungry, eagerly love them, and invite them into your warm home to feed them. My love always meets people where they are and lifts them up to be who I destined for them to become.
Love travels the distance in the spirit realm loosing heaven into the situation. It brings My presence blanketing everything in My Glory and light. Through My manifold grace, I have blessed you with amazing gifts. I exhort you to minister these gifts to one another. I bless you with these attributes to use and employ, so serve one another with gladness.
1 John 4:7-8
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God;
and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Lord, there are times when love comes easy and then there are times when it is very difficult. Help me in those times when life makes loving inconvenient. Help me in those situations when extending love to brothers and sisters seems impossible. It is easy to love those who love you back, but I need your abundant grace to reach out and love those who tend to bite the extended hand. Holy Spirit, by way of revelation, I ask You to show me what loving looks like, feels like, and even sounds like for each situation I encounter. I know there is divine strategy for each person because everyone is uniquely created. I desire to be a vessel of Your love. I choose this day to use my gifts to bless!
