Impact: Foster/Adopt Family Ministry

Foster parent turnover rates are alarmingly high, with studies estimating that 30% to 50% of families leave foster care within their first year. Many step away due to a lack of support, poor communication, inadequate training, and feelings of isolation. The emotional toll of caring for children who have experienced trauma only adds to the burden, leading many to burnout.

As the Church, it is our responsibility to surround these families with love and support—reminding them that they are not alone. We can make a difference by providing meals, clothing, and essentials for newly placed children or supporting those youth aging out of the foster care system.

We collaborate with local organizations and churches to maximize our collective impact within the community. By working together, we combine our strengths, share resources, and extend our reach to better support foster families.

Our mission is to ensure that no child is left behind and that every one of them has the opportunity to fulfill their God-given purpose. These families need a community to stand with them, offering encouragement and practical help. Together, we can be that support system—showing them they are seen, valued, and never alone.
