Brook & Crystal McNeely: Youth Directors

Crystal is an ORU graduate and has been involved with youth leadership for 12 years. Brook is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University. Brook and Crystal have ministered in a variety of venues including youth detention centers, homeless shelters and food banks, on Indian Reservations and to run-away teens on the streets of Denver, Colorado. Their hearts chase after God and cries out for Him to rescue this generation of youth and bring them into their destiny to set their world ablaze with the message of Christ.

Mark 16:17-18 is the passage of scripture that ACCELERANT activates in their lives– “And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name, they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages. They will pick up serpents; and even if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well."

Accelerant is a training ground where Christian youth are raised up to hear the voice of God and then ignited with a passion to share the love of Jesus with their peers and with those who are hopeless. They are taught and trained in the Word of God which is the solid foundation from which everything else flows. Their gifts and talents are stirred, released and brought forth.

They learn how to use their gifts, not only individually, but as a team learning to flow and blend with others. Accelerant is a safe place where youth can come and share heart issues without fear of judgment or rejection. It is a family where everyone supports, loves, embraces, and encourages one another to go the next level with Christ.

Accelerant Youth Chruch is for ages 13 to 18 and meets on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Church.
