Daily Read “ Ezekiel 42:1-43:27; James 5:1-20; Psalm 119:1-16; Proverbs 28:6-7

James 5:13-17
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms.
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him,
anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick,
and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.
The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

My Word makes it clear how vitally important it is for My people to enter fellowship with one another in the body. The enemy relishes the strategy of isolation. He continually schemes to divide, conquer and isolate within the church family. He understands the power of the corporate one accord better than many of My children and stops at nothing to accomplish his goal.

He fills schedules to the brink of exploding; he brings sudden unforeseen circumstances; he causes havoc in the family; and pulls you into offense, all in an attempt to keep you from corporate anointing and agreement. Do not be ignorant of the enemy's devises. Pray for your eyes and ears to perceive his tactics and then loose them from your life.

I intentionally created you with the desire to be with one another! When attacked in your body, reach out from your place of isolation, and call for the elders to anoint you with oil in My Name. Their prayer of faith will bring My healing and restoration and I will lift you up. Do not isolate, you need My body!

When you fall into sin, call on My body to pray before the enemy brings you into guilt, shame, or condemnation. Confess your sin to your brothers and sisters and pray for one another. Then watch as healing comes bringing with it deliverance and restoration. Do not isolate, you need My body!

Hebrews 10:24-25 - And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

You are the body of Christ each having unique and diverse gifts. When working and flowing together you are a tremendously powerful force against the assaults from the enemy.

You are a special part of My body. When your part is missing, My body is incomplete. When gathering as a corporate family, you may be the one who has a healing word for someone; you may pray a prayer that unlocks the heart of someone else; or you may even receive your long anticipated healing.

Never underestimate the power of corporate unity and agreement.
It is a formidable force against hell!

Heavenly Father, help me recognize when I begin to fall into the trap of isolation and self-reliance. Many times, this stems from a sin of pride. I know the enemy sets up circumstances in my life to cause isolation which makes me an easier target for his plans. I have used every excuse in the book to keep from meeting together with brothers and sisters. You know my heart and you see the real reasons. Forgive me for not obeying Your Word. Forgive me for robbing the body from my gifts. Forgive Me for stepping back instead of stepping in. The body is Your gift to me, and I have refused to open many of these treasured packages. No more excuses, I come out of isolation and into my corporate inheritance of blessing!  Amen, so be it Lord!
