Romans 13:12-13
The night is far spent, the day is at hand.
Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness,
and let us put on the armor of light.

The hour is late, too late for My people to defile themselves with worldliness and flesh. I called you out from the darkness and brought you into the glorious light of My Kingdom. Light and darkness have no fellowship together for you are no longer a citizen of this world, but a citizen in My Kingdom. I have set you free and the enemy can no longer hold you in darkness. Shake off the dust of your past for you are a new creation, old things are passed away and all things are new. Cast off all works of the flesh; they no longer hold you captive. You are free and belong to the light.

Clothe yourself in the armor of My light for it extinguishes every dart of wicked intent. I created you to carry My light into the dark places of this world.  My Spirit will lead you to take My light into places of intense darkness. Fear not, for darkness flees in My light and wickedness melts like wax in My presence.

The enemy's darkness grows increasingly darker and his deception intensifies over the nations, but My light grows brighter as you allow me to shine through your life. Walk in My ways and watch My light radiantly shine before you. The more you submit to Me, the more of Me that shines.

As you begin each day, put on the armor of My light and as you greet the day remember, you carry My light.

Let your light shine!

Lord Jesus, forgive me for clinging to those things in this world that hinder Your light from shining in my life in the fullness You desire. I want to be a vessel that brings Your light into the dark places in people's lives. I want nothing to hinder nor dim the brightness of Your presence in my life. Precious Holy Spirit, I ask You to remind me to shake off worldliness and to put on the armor of light so I can influence this world and change it with the radiance of Your glorious grace. Amen!
