Daily Read - 2 Chronicles 17:1-18:34; Romans 9:25-10:13; Psalm 20:1-9; Proverbs 20:2-3
As you read Psalm 20, unite with others who are also reading it today. When we join our faith with and for our brothers and sisters in Christ, it is amazing to watch what happens in our day.
In addition, ask Holy Spirit if there is someone He wants you to share this psalm with today. He may lead you to write it in a special card and place it on a friend's desk. He may have you put it into your child's backpack to encourage them in their day. Whatever He tells you to do, be obedient and you will be blessed as you watch others receive a touch from God.
The Lord loves blessing people and many times, He uses us to deliver His blessings. Be open to receive His blessing and then to give it out to others.
Psalm 20
May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble;
May the name of the God of Jacob defend you;
May He send you help from the sanctuary,
And strengthen you out of Zion;
May He remember all your offerings,
And accept your burnt sacrifice.
Selah May He grant you according to your heart's desire,
And fulfill all your purpose.
We will rejoice in your salvation,
And in the name of our God we will set up our banners!
May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.
Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand.
Some trust in chariots, and some in horses;
But we will remember the name of the Lord our God.
They have bowed down and fallen;
But we have risen and stand upright.
Save, Lord! May the King answer us when we call.
