Daily Devotional - July 15th

Daily Read - 1 Chronicles 19:1-21:30; Romans 2:25-3:8; Psalm 11:1-7; Proverbs 19:10-12
Why would you question Me now? I have proven My ability to protect and defend you, so why would you run in fear at mere threats from the enemy? Throughout your life, I have proven trustworthy rescuing you even in times you were unaware of the encroaching dangers surrounding you.
This is not the time to run in fear from the enemy, but to rise-up and declare My greatness in the face of adversity. The wicked may strategize how to take you down, but I see all their plans and have already devised ambushes against them.
The enemy's predictability relies on your predictability. Each time he raises his bow to shoot, he counts on you to run for cover. In fact, he waits for you to open the door to fear because he then has perfect aim at the bulls' eye on your heart. Here's his strategy: your submission to fear empowers him to pull back the string of the bow. Without your agreement and submission to lies, his arrows are powerless to go anywhere.
Submit to and recognize who I am in your life. I sit on the throne of the universe and laugh at the schemes of Satan. I see everything he plans in the war room of hell. He is the defeated foe stripped of all authority and you are My empowered child who sits in heavenly places.
Your foundation is firmly established on the rock of your salvation, Jesus Christ. There is nothing in all the armories of hell that can move you unless you receive the arrows of fear-based lies the enemy sends from his quiver.
Tell your soul to run into faith and continue to put your trust in Me. Submit yourself to Me; resist the enemy's schemes; declare My Word and then watch wickedness flee away!
Heavenly Father, I declare that You are the great and mighty God and there is absolutely nothing Satan can do to change that fact. Your throne is established in heaven and the enemy is Your footstool. Your victorious laughter echoes throughout the universe making an open show of hell triumphing over it! I speak to the faith residing within me to rise up and take its rightful place of leadership in my life. I refuse to buy into the deception of the thief, but choose to agree with the truth of Your Word. Amen!
Psalm 11:1-4
In the Lord I put my trust;
How can you say to my soul,
"Flee as a bird to your mountain"?
For look! The wicked bend their bow,

on the string, That they may shoot secretly at the upright in heart.
If the foundations are destroyed,
What can the righteous do?
The Lord is in His holy temple,
The Lord's throne is in heaven; His eyes behold,
His eyelids test the sons of men.
