Daily Read - 2 Kings 20:1-22:2; Acts 21:18-36; Psalm 150:1-6; Proverbs 18:9-10
Run into the safety of My arms and find rest and security for your soul. I watch as people around the world frantically try to find a place of peace from the chaos. My name provides everything they need, if only someone would lead them on the path of righteousness into My place of refuge.
My children have access to full protection. When you call upon My name, I raise you high above all danger. You become invisible to darkness and inaccessible to its cunning schemes. Do not allow the world to entrap you into a spirit of fear. Do not succumb to the worry and fret found in this world because you are not of this world. You are citizens of My kingdom where fear has no legal access.
In My name demons scream and run in terror. They remember all too well what happened during My resurrection. The sound of My name resonated throughout the world of darkness and shattered every plan Satan had devised. Having disarmed principalities and powers, I made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it!
The world runs to many names for help, but there is power and safety in only one name. Philippians 2:9-11 - Therefore, God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Speak My name, sing My name, declare in My name, praise My name, and lift up My name. There is power in My name, strength in My name, healing in My name, deliverance in My name, protection in My name, salvation in My name. Everything you need is found in My name.
Precious Lord Jesus, for too long Your name has been blasphemed and used alongside curse words. The enemy always tries to defame Your glorious name, but to no avail. Nothing and no one can minimize the power of Your name. It is the most recognizable name in the entire world. I run into the power of Your name and it ushers be into the shalom of the secret place of protection. Perfect peace surrounds me in this place as I enjoy the safety of Your presence. Praise the name of Jesus! Amen.
