Psalm 143:8
Cause me to hear Your loving kindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the matchless and wondrous name of Your Son Jesus. Each morning, You prove Your faithfulness and love to me by waking me with dawns first light tickling me on the cheek. The song of creation begins its harmonious symphony bringing praise to Your throne.

Too often, I begin my day by giving ear to those things that bring my soul into places of worry and fret. Lord, I desire to seek You first in my mornings giving You priority in my day.

A new day has just birthed and I hear heaven releasing a sound. The song of heaven reaches into the deepest parts of who I am infusing me with new hope and expectancy. In its melody, there is truth that reveals who I am in Your eyes. All distortions I have had of Your love dissipate in the truth that is carried on the notes of this new song. The One who created this new day loves me. What a wondrous and awesome revelation!

Throughout the day, You demonstrate Your love through amazing masterpieces You paint for me. Songs of creation break forth carrying Your love from morning throughout the night. Your love permeates the atmosphere with fragrant perfume as blankets of flowers open to the suns first morning rays.

Your loving kindness is overwhelmingly irresistible and I run into its alluring song. Nothing satisfies my soul and fills it with such joy as Your love for me. It is extravagant, beautiful, and forever!

I surrender my life into Your trustworthy hands knowing full well You will carry me where I need to go. Each day of my life is written and recorded in Your book; fashioned by Your sovereignty before You created me. Lord, You know my future and I fully trust You to carry me through this day to get there. Bless the Lord oh my soul and I that is within me, I bless Your holy name. Amen!
