Daily Read “ Numbers 19:1-20:29; Luke 1:1-25; Psalm 56:1-13; Proverbs 11:8
Astounding events happen in heaven when My people gather in unified, corporate prayer. A convergence of heaven and earth occurs, breaking open the supernatural realm. Heaven invades earth bringing answers and unexpected wonders right in the middle of your daily life.
Zacharias had one of these life-changing encounters as he, along with a multitude of others, lifted their prayers before heaven at the hour of incense. Their one accord prayers reached My throne as a sweet-smelling fragrance and as a result, My providential plan was enacted bringing joyful exultation in heaven. I answered Zacharias' prayers and Gabriel delivered the news He would Father John the Baptist; the one who prepared the way for My Son.
During his daily offering of prayer, Zacharias encountered heaven on earth. Every day, he faithfully offered petitions before Me, but on this specific day, he experienced the fruit of his labor.
Never underestimate the faithful prayers of the righteous, nor the power of corporate intercession. You never know when heaven will show up on your behalf. I love surprising My children with the unexpected suddenly. I listen to each one of your heart-felt petitions, so continue to pray and expect a powerful heaven invasion.
Father God, thank You for the awesome privilege of praying Your Kingdom come! It overwhelms me to know how prayer not only moves heaven, but Your heart as well. Forgive me for underestimating the power and importance of my daily prayer life. Each word I utter in Your name becomes a beautiful fragrance that surrounds Your throne. I commit to pray more fervently today than yesterday and I commit to pray more fervently tomorrow than today. Teach me to pray in accordance with heaven's plans and not my own. My desire is to pray and watch heaven invade my world. Amen!

And the whole multitude of the people was praying outside at the hour of incense.
Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard;
and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
