Mark 1:2-3
"Behold, I send My messenger before Your face,
Who will prepare Your way before You."
'The voice of one crying in the wilderness:
'Prepare the way of the Lord;
Make His paths straight.'"
In this hour, the voice of My Spirit calls out to My bride to prepare the way for My coming. As one who knows Me, you recognize this call. It speaks to the deepest parts within to bow and surrender to My Lordship in all areas.
Prepare the way of the Lord! My glory is releasing in such measure that those living from an old wineskin will never be able to contain it. Their lives will burst under the pressure and weight of My presence.
This is the season to ready yourself for My glory. I love you and nothing ever changes that fact, but because I love you, I strongly press you to walk away from the crooked ways and make your path straight before Me.
I hear the cries and petitions from My bride pleading for Me to release My Glory, but cannot reside and cohabit with flesh. Do you want My glory to inhabit and reside? Then cleanse yourself from things that keep My glory from residing.
For the last several years, My body has been in the wilderness walking through the valley of death to self. My Spirit led you into this place, knowing you wanted My desire for your life more than you wanted your desires. The dying process is uncomfortable and at times painful, but the finished result is glorious.
I have been forming in you eternal qualities that no one can ever steal from you. The old wineskin has not only transformed into the new, but has enlarged in the process. As you walk out of this wilderness, you come forth radiant because the fiery furnace produces vessels of gold and honor.
You are not the same and you will never be the same again. You cannot go back to life as usual because you are no longer usual, but supernatural.
You no longer fit into your old ways of doing things because your wineskin increased preventing you from ever trying to fit into your past lifestyle.
Rather than asking why you have to go through the things you do, begin asking how you will look when you get through to the other side. Talk about an extreme makeover. You won't even recognize yourself in the mirror because as you look, it won't be your reflection looking back, but MINE!
Lord Jesus, I have been hearing the clarion call from the Spirit of God, "Prepare the way of the Lord!" I hear it in the morning and throughout the day. Even as I sleep, those words resonate within my very core. I desire nothing more than to be a carrier of Your glory. Your Word says that Your glory will fill the whole earth and I want to be a part of taking it wherever You lead my steps. I do not want people to see me, but only You. Lord, do what it takes to hide me that I escape notice and all attention is on You. Prepare me for what is to come in my future. I want to be fully equipped and empowered for whatever You call me to do! In Your Name, Amen!
