Daily Devotional - February 9th

Daily Read “ Exodus 29:1-30:10; Matthew 26:14-46; Psalm 31:19-24; Proverbs 8:14-26
My little ones are tucked away in the secret place of My presence. In this place of the Spirit, you are completely inaccessible to the adversary. Try as he may, he cannot find you when you remain in the Spirit. He roams around like a roaring lion looking, but you escape his notice because you're hidden in Christ Jesus protected and safe.
I laugh at the evil plans of man because they're exposed before even getting off the planning tables of the heart. As you learn to live from the place of your spirit man and not from the place of your soul (mind, will, and emotions), you experience a place of rest in My presence that carries you above the plans of the wicked. These plans have no affect or bearing on your life in any way. I am your refuge and high tower and all schemes from the wicked one melt like wax in My presence. They're powerless and stripped of all authority!
In the secret place, you're shielded from venomous arrows of word judgments and curses shot by wicked tongues. In fact, every dart extinguishes before it even can release which frustrates the enemy and his evil networks.
Those who live, move, and have their being in My presence, live above the strife of tongues. Evil words cannot penetrate your heart bringing wounding or offense when you live in My Spirit. The enemy tries to lure and tempt you to react from your soul so he can find you, but you can choose to be led by Holy Spirit. The enemy would love nothing better than for harsh words to pierce your heart causing you to retreat into isolation and solitude. His greatest achievement comes when My children hunker down in a self-protection mode living a life that is ineffectual for the Kingdom.
Lord Jesus, I am so grateful for all You so beautifully provide for Me through redemption. My Spirit man is alive and fully capable of leading me in a thriving victorious life. As an act of my will, I choose to walk in the spirit and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. I want to live in the secret place of Your presence safe and protected from all the enemy's plans and strategies. Under the wings of Your Almighty pavilion, I remain hidden and shielded. I find total rest in this place because I know You have me safely tucked away close to Your heart!
