  Life presents you with a bountiful buffet of opportunities. Some come straight from your Abba Father to bless you, while others originate from the world system authored by Satan's strategists.
 
Of course, those things offered from darkness only bring My people into places of stress, worry, anxiety, and bondage. The enemy's whole plan revolves around ways to enslave you to take on heavy weights and burdens not intended for you to carry.
 
Many tantalizing delicacies line Satan's buffet table. Everything looks so good and screams out begging for you to partake. The entire feast is nothing more than a deceptive mirage that tries luring you to bite into a great big, heavy burden.
 
If you show any interest, their shouts elevate to almost unbearable decibels blocking out your ability to hear My voice. They scream, "Work more hours; take more classes; get your children in more sports; buy more things!" They continue to offer many ideas and choices to entice you and without even knowing it, you've indulged in everything presented.
 
Before you know it, you are worn out and stuffed full with exhaustion. Even when burned out, your mind still justifies everything as being from Me; because it looked so good.
 
Be cautious and alert, wielding discernment as a sword during this new season. The enemy wants to wear you down using busyness and stress to accomplish his task. A tired and burned out believer is ineffectual for Kingdom advancement!
 
Come to Me; in fact, run to Me and surrender your weariness; I will give rest to your tired and worn out soul. Release the heavy burdens that weigh you down. They don't belong to you. Repent for dining on things that were not from My table.
 
Take time to come away and learn from Me, from My ways. Taste of the good things I offer you from My banqueting table. Taste and see that I am good. I require nothing, but a surrendered heart.
