Matthew 9:36-38
But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them,
because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.
Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.
Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."

Precious Lord Jesus,
You are sending a tremendous outpouring that will produce a harvest of souls unlike anything this world has ever experienced.

I pray for each member of the body of Christ to arise from their sleep and position themselves in their individual harvest fields to bring in the sheaves. I pray for a mighty awakening to come in the church launching us out from the four walls of the church into the hurting lives of people.

Your Word says in Psalms 2:8, Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession. I am asking Lord and I'm not just asking, but I am looking for the harvest! Open my eyes to see it in my everyday life. It is there, but my eyes have grown dim from the cloud of busyness.

The harvest is hungry and desperately crying out for someone to lead them to truth. Lord God, if we don't reach them then another reaper will come and take them on the road to darkness. Burn this realization in the deepest parts of my heart.

Lord, ignite my heart and the hearts of believers across the world with a new passion for those desperately searching for truth. We all need to be consumed by Your love for them. Change our hearts oh God and melt away the hardness that blinds us from seeing the lost as You see them.

Lord, let the laborers come forth and take the harvest that You have given to them. Holy Spirit, lead us to those fields that are ripe.  Each day, reveal to us those who are ready to receive a seed of love; to receive the watering of your Word; or those who are ready for salvation.

We are ready Lord! Here we are, send us!
