Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering,
for He who promised is faithful.

Hebrews 10:37
"For yet a little while, And He who is coming will come and will not tarry.

Hold on, don't let go of the promise. There is a suddenly coming in your life. So often My children miss blessings because impatience carries them into doubt and unbelief. Discouragement and impatience work hand in hand trying to divert attention from My promise to shipwreck your faith.

The key to holding on is being able to trust the one you are hanging on too. Do you know Me...do you really know Me? My character is impeccable. I am kind, merciful, trustworthy, and faithful!  What I have promised, I will do. I am not a man that I should lie, but what I say is yes and amen. You can count on Me to carry you into the fulfillment of the promise.

Resist the temptation to compare Me to those in your life who left you holding on to nothing, but empty promises. I am a promise keeper; I am a covenant keeping God. I will not let go of your faith and trust in Me ...I have an eternal grip on your life.

Don't give up, hold fast to the confession of your faith. Right before a major breakthrough of promise, Satan attacks with the biggest missile from his arsenal, hoping to fatally wound your faith. He doesn't want you to walk into the promise. If you will press into My promises during this time and raise the shield of faith, that missile will melt like wax before it even reaches you and your promise will come. Though it tarries, patiently wait for it, I will come and deliver everything I promised.

Lord Jesus, You are faithful to what You promised. You have spoken to me about many things in my life. Some promises were fulfilled very quickly, while others have taken much longer. Help me remain patient as You decide when and how the promise is fulfilled. Forgive me for living from a place of impatience that originates from doubt and unbelief. Forgive me for doubting You and Your faithfulness. I want to know You more. I desire to rest in Your never changing character trusting that You will carry me to My promised land!
