Daily Read “ Isaiah 54:1-57:14; Ephesians 6:1-24, Psalm 70:1-5; Proverbs 24:8
Come up higher and your thoughts and ways will begin to change in accordance with My will. An earth-bound believer remains stuck in the old ways of thinking unable to soar into My higher ways. Surrender your ways and allow My ways to lift you up into heavenly realms where you will walk an unhindered life.
From this place, prayer and warfare take on a completely new meaning. You will clearly perceive the weapons of your warfare are not carnal, but mighty! The natural mind cannot grasp this revelation, but your spirit totally receives it. The armor and weaponry that I implement in battle are very different from that used in the earth realm. My ways are not confined to the boundaries set in the natural realm. In fact, My ways will turn the natural upside down!
Truth is the belt that girds your waist, for out of your belly flows living waters of truth. Righteousness guards and shields your chest where your heart, the center most part of your mind, will, and emotions reside. The good news of peace covers your feet guiding every step in your day. Faith and trust shield you from every lie, deception, and fiery dart from the enemy. As you declare My Word, a double-edged sword is wielded bringing irreparable damage to darkness in the unseen spirit realm. The helmet of salvation fully protects your head, brain and thought life. I provide all of this for My redeemed, blood washed Bride.
I hear your heart and it questions, "If this is all mine, why do I still struggle with so much!"
Again, My ways and thoughts are not your ways and thoughts. You are perceiving things through the eyes of the flesh and not through the eyes of the Spirit. Surrender to My ways and cut the tethers to your ways that continue to anchor you down in doubt. It is then you will find freedom to come up higher.
Lord Jesus, I want Your thoughts and ways to be my thoughts and ways. I have been tied down and held back from experiencing true freedom. Circumstances in my life have clouded and blurred my perception of Your truth. I pray for the wind of Holy Spirit to come and blow the clouds from my mind. I declare every tie keeping me earthbound stripped, severed and loosed from my soul. I want to live in the high place. I want to live, move, and have my being in the Spirit of freedom souring in heavenly places with YOU!
Isaiah 55:8-9
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord.
