COMING THIS SUNDAY!!!
REBECCA LAVRENZ
71 Year Old Praying J6 Grandma
MAY 5TH | 10:00 AM (MST)

Someone in our Gateway family knows the 71 year old J6 Praying Grandma, Rebecca Lavrenz.  She lives in Colorado Springs, so we asked if she would share her powerful and inspirational story with our church.  She accepted our invitation and was available to speak this Sunday, May 5th.  WOWSERS!!!!!

Most of you know she was arrested for peacefully PRAYING outside the capitol building.  She saw the doors of the Capitol open, so she went inside, had a cordial conversation with a DC policeman, prayed for ten minutes, and exited the building. The FBI decided to make an example of her and arrested her.  She was recently tried and convicted on 4 misdemeanors and is scheduled to face sentencing in August where she could receive up to 3 years in jail and over $250,000 in fines, plus legal fees.

She has appeared on countless news channels such as Steve Bannon, His Glory,  Flash Point, News Max to name a few where she preaches the gospel of salvation and gives her testimony of faith.  What the enemy has used to “take her out” has turned into a platform where the “Praying Grandma” is now the “Preaching Grandma”.  She speaks to her situation alone and makes it emphatically clear she cannot speak into any of the charges and/or convictions brought to other J6ers regarding their guilt or innocence.

TRUE LIBERTY & FREEDOM

FREEDOM!!

The famous last words of William Wallace in one of my all-time favorite movies, Braveheart, just before he was executed. When I went to Washington DC to participate in the now infamous January 6, 2021 rally, I went there, knowing I would be standing alongside 100's of thousands of other liberty-minded fellow Americans who were unwilling to have our freedoms and liberties stripped away from us. Particularly in that event, the liberty established for us by our founding fathers in the words of the 1st Amendment: to our United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

I cannot speak for the others that were there that day, but for me I knew that those liberties were not given to me by man but by a God who loved me, sent His only Son to die for me, and to Whom I had given my entire life to, for Him to use however HE chose. Because of my foundation with God, I also knew that he WOULD have an answer for our country. I just wanted to follow His leading to do my part and so I did!! And you all know the rest of my story.
