1 Corinthians 10:24
Let no one then seek his own good and advantage and profit,
but [rather] each one of the other [let him seek the welfare of his neighbor].
Amplified Bible

Lay down your differences and join hands with your brothers and sisters in the spirit. Disregard past disagreements and together press forward into Kingdom destiny. The justification to be right cannot enter My presence; only a laid down life surrendered in humility.

Do not be like those who walk in the world exuding a self-righteous and pious odor but rather, release My fragrance by walking as a servant to those around You. This allows My glorious aroma to permeate the atmosphere wherever you go.

Ask Me for wisdom to minister to your neighbor, boss, teacher, friend, and even to those you consider an enemy; I will show You My heart for each one of them. Prefer them by laying down your own rights, wants, and desires. They will be astonished at the love they feel and see pouring out of you. Remember, the universe does not revolve around you, and life as a believer is not about protecting your feelings. It is about living a crucified life where all that remains is Me in your life.

My love changes everything, even the hardest of hearts. If your neighbors malign you, love. If your teacher unjustly accuses you, love. If your boss overlooks you preferring another, love. If your enemy lies about you, love. Nothing stands in the presence of My love because love conquers all!

It is not about being in the right
It is about being in-love!

Beautiful Savior, there is too much anger and hatred in this world, even within Your body. God forgive us! I choose to lay down the sword of my flesh and pick up the sword of the Spirit. I wield the truth of Your Word against all enemies of strife, envy, jealousy, division, and every other evil work that comes against unity. I ask Your help in reaching past my own perceptions and justifications to grab the hands of those with whom I have disagreed. As You so beautifully demonstrated, I put their needs and desires ahead of my own. I ask for grace to serve as You did and to wash the feet of my neighbor with Your tears. Amen!
