Daily Devotional - July 19th

Daily Read - 1 Chronicles 28:1-29:30; Romans 5:6-21; Psalm 15:1-5; Proverbs 19:18-19
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Your precious son Jesus to die for me and take the penalty of my sin upon His body. The plan of my redemption was in Your heart before the foundation of the earth; before breath was given to Adam. My debt was paid in full and forgiveness extended before I even recognized I was a sinner in need of salvation. As I contemplate Your gift to me, my heart overflows with love and yet words escape my mind to truly express my gratefulness to You.
Precious Jesus, the gift You have given is beyond comprehension. I stand in awe of the extravagant love You lavish and pour on me. You not only bought and secured my salvation with Your life, but Your spilled blood cleanses me on a continual basis. Thank You for reaching in and pulling me from the darkness. Your love rescued me from the thralls of hell itself and brought me into the glorious light. I owe my life to You, my precious Lord and Savior.
Your love is indescribable; it cannot be hedged in because it is boundless and free. It is a demonstration of the heart of the Father toward me. Amazing grace, amazing love, amazing Jesus!
Precious Holy Spirit, thank You for wooing and leading me into salvation. Throughout my entire life, You never ceased to speak to me beckoning me to come into the loving embrace of Christ. Around every corner, You placed reminders in my path showing My need for a savior. Thank You for never giving up, but consistently looking past my pious attitudes and outright denials of my need for You.
I love each of you individually and as a Triune God! My life has been saved by a great price and I am forever, eternally grateful.
