Daily Devotional - April 25th

Daily Read - Judges 4:1-5:31; Luke 22:35-53; Psalm 94:1-23; Proverbs 14:3-4
Wake up My bride, there is much to accomplish for My Kingdom. Shake off the slumber and sleep that robs you from effectually tending your call. The enemy loves lulling My church into a place of complacency for it is from that place, he enters with temptation.
Wake up, for the hour is late and I need you to watch and pray. So much is happening! Though you may not see it with your physical eyes, the spiritual realm is alive and active. Angelic hosts battling darkness on your behalf, waging war against generational strongholds that have held you captive. Ministering angels sent to deliver My goodness, arranging circumstances in your life to bring My blessings. Yes, much is happening, but you must be awake to discern it.
The world is tossing back and forth in a violent tumbler of chaos. Keep your heart close to Me in prayer and do not allow yourself to fall under the heaviness of fear and sorrow. This only leads to depression which disengages you from My truth and paralyzes your walk. Snap out of it! Rise up and shake off sleepiness for it’s time to advance My Kingdom. There are many who are waiting for someone to step into their lives to share My story of redemption, but a spirit of apathy has muted the mouths of My people.
Take your authority and bind the enemy from interfering in your commission. Loose and strip off slumbering and apathetic spirits from your soul and bind your heart to the truth of My Word. I call My army to attention; this is not the time to sleep, but to be watchful and pray!
Father God, You have my full permission to do whatever is necessary to keep me awake. The hour is urgent and I want to be alert and ready to hear my marching orders. I don't want to miss out on what you are speaking. I certainly don't want to miss what You are doing. I command every demonic spirit that holds me in a state of slumber loosed and powerless from my soul. I send each to the abyss and I close all doors that would allow them legal access back into my life. Holy Spirit, I choose to follow You into deeper places of prayer. I choose to remain watchful and discerning to recognize when temptation knocks at my door.
