Behold the Lamb of God
Celebrate Passover in Spirit and Truth
The Lord’s Feast of Passover begins sunset Good Friday, March 30th
Celebrate Resurrection by honoring Jesus as the Passover Lamb of your salvation!
For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.
1 Cor. 5:7
Our Father loves us so much that He gave us His Son so we might be forgiven and restored back into the family of God!  Jesus, as our perfect spotless Passover lamb, took our place in death and opened the way to salvation.  We give Him praise for our salvation, but through His Feasts in Leviticus 23, the Lord reveals the complete plan for the redemption of all Creation.  Through seven amazing heaven to earth interventions, Jesus will usher in redemption, the end of this age and the beginning of His Millennial Kingdom.  The Lord has commanded us to observe, rehearse and celebrate these seven events every year and it all begins with Passover!
Spring Feasts - 1st Coming of the Lord Jesus
Passover - Jesus’ crucifixion and death
Unleavened Bread - Jesus’ burial
First Fruits - Jesus’ resurrection
Pentecost - outpouring of the Holy Spirit
Fall Feasts - 2nd Coming of the Lord Jesus
Feast of Trumpets
Day of Atonement
We are on the verge of a new biblical Hebraic year and the leadership of Gateway on Mount Zion Church encourages you to let 2018 be the year you come into alignment with the Lord Jesus in observing His Feasts.  We do not observe them legalistically for they are NOT Jewish feasts for the Lord tells us over and over in Leviticus 23 that they are His feasts!  So, we observe and celebrate them in the fullness and richness of both the Old and New Testament scriptures and not through the traditions of man!
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing (Revelation 5:12)!
Once again, we are celebrating Passover in home fellowships and we desire everyone to participate.  Passover has never been removed from the home for each family was to share the story with their friends and family, especially their children.  This can be a celebration just for your family or a large event inviting others!  Consider inviting friends and family who do not know Jesus.  You will be richly blessed by celebrating the Lamb of God in Spirit and Truth!  We are using the book Behold the Lamb of God which relives the journey of our Passover Lamb through both the Old and New Testaments or you can choose to use your own material.  We honor our Lord and Savior by focusing on Passover through His word and not traditions.
If you would like to host or attend one of these Passover/Resurrection celebrations, please contact Judy McRae after church or you may email her at   If this is your first time to celebrate the Feasts, we will help you all the way through!  Judy will also be selling the Behold the Lamb of God Passover books. Hosts will only be required to supply the meat dish and each guest will bring a side dish or dessert for the dinner.  For those who connect with us by Livestream and would like to celebrate where you are located, please contact Judy directly.
Passover starts at sunset Good Friday March 30th and our celebration for Resurrection Sunday is April 1st.
